Recalling a Routed Invoice and Canceling it Completely
  1. Do one of the following to locate the invoice:
  2. Click the Route link.

    4786_note If the Route link does not appear in red text, you cannot proceed with a recall. You can only create a new route. See Routing an Invoice for more details.

    The Route window appears.

  3. Click the Clear icon next to the route you want to recall.

    The Route Add window appears.

  4. In the Comments field, type a message.
  5. Click Complete.
