Line Items Tab

The Line Items tab contains an itemized list of charges on an invoice. By default, this tab appears when you view an invoice on the Invoice Editor screen.

• If you create an invoice and have not yet submitted it for approval, you can perform the following tasks on this tab:
  • Add - Add a line item.
  • Remove All - Remove all line items added to the invoice.
  • - Add notes with further information about a line item to the invoice.
  • - Attach an image or document to the line item.
  • - Edit a previously-added line item.
  • - Delete a line item from the invoice.
• If you have submitted an invoice for approval, you can perform the following tasks, when applicable:
  • - Respond to an adjustment. A green adjustment button indicates a response is needed. A gray adjustment button indicates the line item adjustment was approved.
  • - View and/or print a breakdown of costs.
  • - View the image or document attached to the line item.
  • - Enter an over-the-allowable amount and who approved the over-the-allowable when an exception occurs. This functionality is only available when configured by the servicer.
• If an invoice is in Hold or Pending Vendor Review (Release Resolution) status, select to copy line items as needed.

If a guideline exists for the department, the Loan Total Fees/Costs Prev. Billed field contains the total amount for the department only. If no guideline exists, the Loan Total Fees/Costs Prev. Billed field contains the total amount for all departments.
