View Resolution Pending Report

When servicers need further information about an invoice or require changes to an invoice, they perform a resolution request. There are two types of resolution requests:

You can track both types of resolutions with the Resolution Pending Report.

The Client Comment and Reason columns display the servicer's comment and the reason for the resolution request. Use these columns to quickly determine what the servicer needs resolved.

You can view deadline dates in the Resolution Deadline and Potential Curtail Date columns.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • From the Home page, click the You have xx invoices on the Resolution Pending Report link under the Jump to Reports section.
    • From the toolbar, click Reports then Resolution Pending Report. Complete the search filters and click Search.

      The Resolution Pending Report appears.

  2. Do one or more of the following:
    • To identify invoices with approaching resolution deadlines, refer to the report legend:
      • Green dates indicate the resolution deadline is greater than three days from today.
      • Yellow dates indicate the resolution deadline is between one and three days from today.
      • Red dates indicate the resolution deadline is today or has passed.
    • To view details about an invoice, click the invoice number link.
    • To edit a release resolution when a servicer releases an invoice, respond to the invoice.
    • To view comments added to an invoice, click the corresponding link under the Client Comment column.
