View Resolution Complete Report

  1. From the toolbar, click Reports and click Resolution Complete Report.

    The Resolution Complete Report search filters appear.

  2. Complete the search filters.
  3. To filter the report by a date range, do the following:
    • select Include Date Range.
    • type or select the date range in the From and To fields.
  4. Click Search.

    The Resolution Complete Report appears.

  5. Do one of the following:
    • To view details about an invoice, click the invoice number link.
    • To view comments added to an invoice, click a link that appears under the Client Comment column.
