Archive eMessages

InvoicingSM archives all eMessages for retrieval at any time; it never deletes eMessages.

When you open or reply to an eMessage, InvoicingSM automatically removes it from the Inbox and archives the eMessage.

4786_note Occasionally you may need to refresh the eMessage list to ensure message archival.

  1. From the home page, click My eMessages.

    The eMessages - Inbox page appears.

  2. Open or reply to the eMessage as needed.
  3. Click the Refresh eMessage List link.

    The system archives the eMessage.
