eMessages

eMessaging is an InvoicingSM internal communication method where servicers and vendors can converse about invoices and related items. Using eMessaging is more advantageous than using external e-mail because each eMessage is linked to an invoice, providing a history of conversations on a per invoice basis.

Do not confuse eMessages with Reminders.

The following items are important features of the eMessage tool:

• Inbox - stores all incoming eMessages sent to you and can include broadcast eMessages sent by others.
• Outbox - stores previously sent eMessages you tag with the Reply Required status and that have not been replied to by the recipient.
• Compose eMessage - enables you to create new eMessages.
• Archiving eMessages - enables you to remove eMessages from the Inbox.
• Click the column header to sort eMessages in ascending or descending order.
