Invoice Editor Event Line

The invoice event line, located below the invoice header, contains a chronology of invoice actions. The event line indicates the following:

• 1st Reviewed - The date the servicer first reviewed the invoice.
• Accepted - The date a processor with limited approval level (less than the invoice amount) accepted the invoice and awaits approval by a processor with a higher approval limit.
• Approved - The date the servicer approved the invoice.
• Chk Requested - The date the check request was sent to MSP®.
• Chk Confirmed - The date the check was sent to the vendor.
• Days To Proc - The total number of days from when the invoice was initially submitted to when it was approved. If the Approved column is blank, the system is still calculating the number of days to process.
• Last Reviewed - The last date the invoice was reviewed.
• Submitted - The date the invoice was initially submitted to the servicer.
