Invoice Editor Header

The invoice header, located below the action links, contains information selected during the invoice creation process.

If an invoice has a submitted date, any changes to the fields in the header are recorded in the Invoice Edits section of the Edit Summary tab.

Only four fields in the header are available for update:

Contact - Enter your name or the name of the appropriate contact for the invoice.
Invoice Date - Indicates the service provided date; should reflect the current date or a past date.
Invoice Type - Provides invoice type options.
Vendor Ref # - Enter the vendor reference number.
