Invoice Editor Action Links

At the top of the Invoice Editor, a list of action options appear as links. Available options depend on the status of the invoice, whether data exists, and your system configuration. The action links are as follows:

• Create eMsg - Create a new eMessage for a specific invoice.
• History eMsg - View a history of eMessages for a specific loan.
• Referrals - Review referrals on an invoice.
• Reminder - Review reminder messages on an invoice.
• Remit - Manage payments owed to servicers for invoices that have credit balances.
• Resolution - Respond to explanation and release resolutions issued by the servicer.
• Review - Open the invoice in a PDF format suitable for printing.
• Save & Hold - Save the invoice but do not submit it for processing.
• Save & Submit - Save the invoice and submit it for processing.
• Void - Void the invoice, which prevents the invoice from being approved/accepted by the servicer.
