Release Resolutions and Explanations

Invoice resolution enables a servicer to take the following actions on an invoice:

• Release - Enables the servicer to return the invoice to you when you need to void the invoice or make changes to the invoice to re-submit it.
• Explanation - Enables the servicer to request an explanation from you or to continue an adjustment discussion without making changes or additional adjustments. If the servicer has enabled the auto deny option, the explanation resolution is automatically denied if you have not responded within a set number of days.
