Mirror User Settings

Use this feature to copy the settings of a specific user and apply them to another user. This feature enables you to set up a user with the same permissions, pending approval defaults, and loan locations defined for an existing user.

1. On the toolbar, point to Security and click Manage Users.

   A list of users appears.

2. Locate the user you want to configure by completing the filter option.
3. Click Manage corresponding to the user you want to configure.

   The Manage User window appears.

4. Click the Mirror tab.

   A list of available users appears.

5. Locate the user whose group settings you want to copy and click Mirror User.

   To quickly locate a user, use the search filter at the bottom of the window. This allows you to conduct a refined search for existing users' names to copy their settings against when adding or managing users. Type a keyword and select an option from the list. Click Filter.

6. Click Save Tab.
