Report Options

InvoicingSM reports contain many features that assist in locating specific data results.

4786_note Some reports, when generated, appear in PDF format using Adobe® Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it by visiting www.adobe.com. Once the report appears, you can print it by clicking the Print icon and selecting the appropriate print options.

Report Option

Description

Change Search

A link that appears in the upper-right corner of the report. Click this link to return to the report's search filters.

Export

A link that appears in the upper-right corner of the report. Click this link to export the data into Microsoft Office Excel. You can then save the spreadsheet, if needed.

Filter

Many reports and result screens offer filter options that include a keyword or phrase entry box and a drop-down list containing Boolean query options. Complete the options as needed and click Filter to narrow your search results.

Links

When a report displays certain data as links, this is an indicator that additional information is available for that data. Click the link to view the details.

Printable Version

A link that appears in the upper-right corner of the report. Click this link to print the data.

Refresh

A link that appears in the upper-right corner of the report. Click this link to update a report with data additions or changes.

Sort

Some reports can be re-sorted once displayed. If the column header appears with an underline, its an indicator the its data can be sorted. Click the column header to re-sort its data in ascending order. Click the column header again to re-sort the data in descending order.

# of Pages

When report results exceed one page, page number links appear at the bottom of the report. Click a number to advance to the other pages.
