Manage Permission Group Members

Complete the following steps to assign or remove multiple users at once, per permission group. This method is one of two available when managing permissions. To assign or remove several permission groups per individual user, refer to Manage a User's Permission Groups.

4786_note Users must be added to the Manage Users option in order to display in the drop-down list. Locked-out users do not display in the list.

  1. On the toolbar, point to Security and click Manage Groups.

    A list of permission groups appears.

  2. Click the Manage button corresponding to the group for which you want to edit user permissions.

    The Manage Group window appears.

  3. Click the Members tab.
  4. Do one of the following:

    add users to the permission group.

    remove users from the permission group.
