Edit Permissions

4786_note You cannot edit permissions for pre-set system groups.

After you add, edit, or remove permissions on a group, check for possible conflicts of interest with other permission groups.

  1. On the toolbar, point to Security and click Manage Groups.

    A list of permission groups appears.

  2. Click Manage corresponding to the group you want to edit.

    The Manage Group window appears.

  3. Click the tab for the feature that requires permission adjustments.
  4. Select Has Access to.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To add a permission to the group, select the permission name.
    • To remove a permission from the group, clear the permission name.
  6. Click Save Tab.
  7. If necessary, repeat steps 3-6 to adjust permissions for additional features.
