Delete Permission Group

Use extreme caution when you delete a permission group. Deleting a permission group is different than removing a permission from a group.

Example: A user is assigned only to group XYZ, and group XYZ allows access to InvoicingSM. If you delete group XYZ, then the user no longer has access to InvoicingSM.

You cannot delete system groups.

1. On the toolbar, point to Security and click Manage Groups.

   A list of permission groups appears.

2. Click Manage corresponding to the group you want to delete.

   The Manage Group window appears.

3. Click Delete Group.

   A confirmation message appears.

4. Click OK.
