Configuring Notification Options

Use this feature to manage notification options. Notifications are reports or email messages that are automatically created. Select the appropriate Enable check box to send an email to the users of the appropriate group when the report is generated.

4786_note Administrators should ensure a user is assigned to the correct permission group to receive a notification.

To configure notification options:

  1. On the toolbar, point to Client Setup and click Notifications.

    The Notifications screen appears.

  2. Do the following:
    • Select the Enable check box for each notification you want to activate.
    • Clear the Enable check box for each notification you want to deactivate.
    • For the Outsourcer Report Card Departments notification, activate this notification on multiple departments by holding the CTRL key down while you select multiple departments with your mouse.
  3. Click Save.
