Adding a Recoverability Change Reason

4786_note This feature is only available to users configured to the Recoverability Change Reasons Enable/Manage permission group.

  1. On the toolbar, point to Client Setup, Reason Code Maintenance, then click Recoverability Change Reasons.

    The Recoverability Change Reasons screen appears.

  2. Select the Enable Recoverability Change Reasons check box.
  3. In the Recoverability Change Reasons field, type the name of the reason.
  4. Click Add.

    The recoverability change reason appears in the list of change reasons.
