Viewing a Breakdown of Costs

Use this feature to view a breakdown of costs for an invoice line item that was created with a category of Advances - Costs/Tax Advance. Line items that have not yet been provided a breakdown from the vendor will display a red Breakdown icon .

To view a breakdown:

  1. Locate the invoice you want to view by either opening the invoice directly or by performing a search.

    The Invoice Detail screen appears.

  2. Locate a line item with the Breakdown icon .
  3. Click the icon.
  4. The Line Item Breakdown screen appears. The data on this screen cannot be modified.
