Audit

InvoicingSM allows servicers and their outsourcers to perform audits on approved or denied invoices by means of the Audit queue on the home page. Auditing invoices ensures that the servicer is fair and follows standards in their fees and costs and that the invoice line item amounts are reasonable. Furthermore, auditing invoices helps servicers prevent invoices from being paid unfairly and provides a means to confirm that processors are reviewing invoices correctly. Additionally, processors are able to search for and view audit results to help them determine how to proceed with an invoice.
