Searching for eMessages

You may need to search for specific eMessages, even when the eMessages no longer appear in your Inbox or the eMessages were created by other users. The eMessages search page provides a way to find these messages. You can search by the following methods:

Vendor (Load List)
Originated by
Invoice Number
Loan Number
Subject & Message Keyword

Each search option has a Get Messages link. To display search results, select the applicable link located next to your search option.

To search for eMessages:

On the toolbar, click eMessages and click Search eMessages.
The eMessages - Search screen appears.
Complete one of the following search filter options:
- Vendor and Originated by - click the Load List link to view the latest vendor listing and then select a vendor. Using the Originated by drop-down list, filter your search further by selecting a person or company who originated the eMessage.
- Invoice number
- Loan number
- Search Keyword
Click Get Messages.
A list of eMessages matching your search criteria appears.
