Review eMessages Sent

4786_note The Outbox stores only sent eMessages tagged with the This message requires a reply option and without a reply.

  1. On the toolbar, click eMessages and then click Outbox.

    The eMessages - Outbox page appears.

  2. For the eMessage you want to review, click the Open link.

    The eMessage View window appears.

  3. Review the message and perform one of the following tasks, if necessary:
    • To review the contact information of the individual who initiated the message, click the From: link.
    • To review the communication trail, click Thread.
    • To forward the eMessage to another user, select a user from the Forward To list, click Forward, and click OK.
