Scheduling Audits

Use this feature to schedule which days of the week the system selects invoices for audit.

InvoicingSM schedules invoices for audit based on the days you select and selections you make on the Audit Setup page.

This feature is only available to users configured to the Invoice Audit Schedule permission group. Contact your system administrator for more information.

On the toolbar, point to Admin, Audit Setup, then select Audit Schedule.
The Audit Schedule page appears.
Select check boxes next to the days of the week you want InvoicingSM to select invoices for audit. For all days, select the Select All check box.
Select Save.
