Routing Multiple Invoices
To access this option, you must be assigned to the Mass Invoice Routing permission group. Contact your company's system administrator for more details.
- On the toolbar, point to Process and click Mass Invoice Routing.
The Invoice Process - Mass Invoice Routing search filters appears.
- From the Vendor Name, Servicer, State, Department, Loan Type, Invoice Type, Status, REO Status, Exception Type, and Investor ID drop-down lists, select a data value to filter by. To select multiple values within a list, press the CTRL key and click each selection.
The Servicer drop-down list is only visible to REO/vendor outsourcers and outsourcers.
- Complete the remaining filters, as needed:
- Cancelled and Closed Only - Select or type the date range in the From and To fields to display those loans that have been Closed or Cancelled within a certain date range.
- From the Exceptions options, click one of the following display option buttons:
- Display Invoices with Any Combination of Selected Exceptions
- Display Invoices That Exactly Match The Selected Exceptions
- Display Invoices With No Exceptions
- Include Only Deadlines - Select this check box to enable the options in the Include Only Deadlines drop-down list. Select the type of deadline to include in the report.
- Include Only Returned - Select this check box to include only returned invoices in the report.
- Include Only Routed - Select this check box to include only routed invoices in the report.
- Include Only Invoices with P-Notes - Select this check box to include only those invoices with P-Notes in the report. If this check box is selected, click the Invoice # link in the results to display the P-Note.
- Submitted Date Range - Select or type the submitted date range in the From and To fields. Or, click the Calendar icon and select the dates.
- Starting $ Range and Ending $ Range - Type a dollar amount range to filter on. Only those invoices pending approval with balances that fall within this range will display in this report.
- Click Search.
The Invoice Process - Mass Invoice Routing result screen displays a list of records that met the entered search criteria.
- From the Route To drop-down list, select the user you want to route the multiple invoices to.
The Route To Servicer check box is available to outsourcers. Select this check box to route the selected invoices to the applicable servicer selected from the Servicer search filter.
- From the Reason drop-down list, select a reason for the route.
- In the Comments text box, type additional information related to the route. If the comments need to be cleared, click the Clear Comments button.
- Select the Auto Email Route check box if you want the application to send an InvoicingSM Automatic Email Routing Notice to the selected user. The notification will include the information entered in the Comments text box and will direct the user to view the Invoice Routing Report for more details. This check box will display disabled if an e-mail address is not available within the user's InvoicingSM profile.
- By default, all the invoices your search produced have a corresponding check box selected. Clear the check box for every invoice you do not want to route.
- Click Route All.
A Mass Routing confirmation screen displays a list of the routed invoices.
- To return to the Invoice Process - Mass Invoice Routing search filters, click Change Search.
