Searching for Invoices that have been Audited

Users with the Invoice Audit permission can search for invoices that have been audited by using the Audit Results Report search filters. For example, you can search for invoices that failed an audit by selecting the Audit Failed/Needs Correction search criteria filter from Audit Results filter on the Audit Results Report filter screen.

Processors who do not have the Invoice Audit permission group can search for invoices that have been audited by using the Pending Approval report from Process menu on the toolbar. Select the Display Invoices that have failed an Audit check box on the Pending Approval Report search filters report to include invoices that have failed an audit in your search.

The Pending Approval report displays a Yes in the Failed Audit column if the invoice failed an audit.
