General Services Invoices

You must be assigned to the Invoice Management Servicer Invoice permission group to create general services invoices on behalf of a vendor. You cannot have both administrative and servicer invoice permissions at the same time.

• General services invoices are created by servicers for miscellaneous vendors who do not use InvoicingSM.
• General services invoices created on behalf of a vendor are created with the vendor type Miscellaneous. You can maintain a general services invoice just like a vendor-created invoice, including the ability to preserve the history of fees and costs and pay the invoice through InvoicingSM.
• General services invoices a servicer can submit include:
• Bills submitted directly to the servicer such as property tax or utility bills
• Homeowners association dues
• Miscellaneous bills from vendors who are not online with InvoicingSM
