Reply to eMessages

The eMessages Inbox sorts in the order of date, and the most recent eMessage appears at the top. To sort by a different data type, click any of the column headings that are links.

indicates an urgent eMessage.

indicates a response is required.

When an eMessage is associated to a specific invoice, you can click the invoice number link to view the Invoice Editor.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • On the toolbar, click eMessages and click Inbox.
    • On the Home page, click the You have xx messages link.

      An eMessage - Inbox page appears.

  2. Click the Reply link corresponding to the message that needs a response.

    An eMessage Reply window appears.

  3. In the Message field, type a reply to the message.
  4. If necessary, do the following:
    • To make a reply mandatory, select This Message requires a reply.
    • To tag the message as very important, select Mark Urgent.
  5. Click Send.
