View Outstanding Adjusted Invoice Report

When a servicer disagrees with a specific line item amount on an invoice, they can adjust the amount to a lower amount. An invoice with multiple line items can contain multiple adjustments.

After the servicer performs an adjustment, the invoice routes back to you. You must respond to the adjustment.

Servicers set the number of days you have to respond to line item adjustments. If you do not respond to adjustments by the invoice curtail date, you can no longer take action on the adjustments. The servicer can then issue a curtail adjustment, in which the servicer moves forward with the adjusted invoice without your response.

To ensure that you never miss a curtail date, review the Outstanding Adjusted Invoice Report on a daily basis. Use the Potential Curtail Dt column, along with the accompanying legend, to identify invoice adjustments that are approaching or have passed the curtailment threshold.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • On the Home page, click the You have xx invoices with outstanding adjustments link under the Jump to Reports section.
    • On the toolbar, click Reports and click Outstanding Adjusted Invoice. Complete the search filters and click Search.

The Outstanding Adjusted Invoice Report appears.

  2. To view additional invoice information, click an invoice number link.
