Broadcast Messages

You can create and send email messages to multiple recipients at the same time by means of the Broadcast Message option under the Common menu. This feature uses the default email addresses that can be set up per vendor.

On the toolbar, point to Common and click Broadcast Message.
The Broadcast Message screen appears.
Complete the fields.
Click Send Email.
