Resolution Action Reasons Report

Administrators have the ability to add a resolution reason to the Resolution Reason drop-down list that displays to servicers, outsourcers, or REO/vendor outsourcers when they create a resolution on an invoice. Use this feature to view existing resolution reasons.

4786_note This feature is only available to users configured to the Manage Reasons permission group.

  1. On the toolbar, point to Client Setup, Reason Code Maintenance, then click Resolution Reason.

    The Manage Resolution Action Reasons screen appears.

  2. Click View Report.

    The Resolution Action Reasons Report appears.

  3. In the Action Type(s) list box, select an action type you want to appear on the report.
  4. Click either the Activated, Deactivated, or Both option button to search for action types with that status.
  5. Click Search.

    The Resolution Action Reasons Report appears.

    4786_note You may sort the columns in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header.

  6. If necessary, do either of the following:
    • To perform a different search, select another action type and status, if needed, and click Search. To select multiple action types, press the CTRL key and click each selection.
    • To edit the action type and its status, click Edit next to the corresponding resolution reason you want to change.
