Exporting Servicer Guidelines

After locating existing guidelines by Reviewing Existing Servicer Invoice Guidelines or Reviewing Existing Servicer Line Item Guidelines, use this feature to export the guidelines into a comma-separated file format that can be opened in most spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft® Excel.

1. On the toolbar, point to Client Maintenance, Guideline Maintenance and click Configure Guidelines.
2. Follow the steps described in Reviewing Existing Servicer Invoice Guidelines or Reviewing Existing Servicer Line Item Guidelines to locate the guidelines you want to export.
3. Click Export.

   The Export button is available only when at least one guideline appears.

4. At the File Download window, do one of the following:
   • Click Open to download and open the file immediately in Microsoft® Excel (requires having Microsoft® Excel installed). You can save the file later to a local or network drive by using Excel's Save As option.
   • Click Save to download and save the file immediately to a local or network drive. You can open the file later using Microsoft® Excel. Selecting this option opens a Save As window. Use the Save In drop-down box to select a location to save the file. Type a File Name and click Save.
