Configuring Exceptions

You can enable or disable specific types of invoice exceptions. On some exceptions, you can select the applicable department(s) the exception should apply to as well as define the number of days criteria that the exception should follow.

The system records all changes to this option in the Admin Activity Log.

  1. On the toolbar, point to Client Setup and click Configure Exceptions.

    The Configure Exceptions screen appears.

  2. Review and configure the exceptions as necessary.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To enable an exception, select the Exception Enabled check box.
    • To disable an exception, clear the Exception Enabled check box.
  4. Click Update Exceptions.
