About the Home Page

When you select the applicable link from the Welcome page, the InvoicingSM Home page appears. Like the Welcome page, what appears on the Home page depends on your role, access level, and security settings.

Header

The header contains the following parts:

The label on the left identifies where you are located in InvoicingSM.
The information on the right contains your company name and your name.
Use the IP and Admin options to move between the Invoice Processing and Application Administration pages.
The Admin option appears if you have an administrative role and have security access to that part of the system.
The OUT option appears for outsourcers.

The Tool Bar

The tool bar contains menu options specific to the operations you need to perform. What you see on the toolbar depends on your role, access level, and the security settings set up by your system administrator.

Queues

The work area contains a list of task queues and report queue links for your day-to-day tasks. The queues appear in a logical order so that you can work them more conveniently. Queues are available based on your permissions. If you have not been assigned appropriate permissions for a queue, it will not appear on your Invoice Processing page. Your queues can be customized to reflect your role and the invoices you are processing.

Contact your company's system administrator if you have questions about your permissions.

Announcements

Announcements work the same way as announcements on the Welcome page.

Downloads

Depending on your role and the access provided to you by your system administrator, a Downloads section might be available.

Logoff

Use the Logoff option on the toolbar to sign out of InvoicingSM.
