Welcome Page

The Welcome page appears after you sign in and displays the company you are signed in to, your name, and your last sign in time. The Welcome page contains links and options based on your permissions and and security setting. Sections of the Welcome page that appear in gray are not available for your user account.

The links on the Welcome page take you to specific areas in InvoicingSM. Only the links that pertain to your permissions appear.

Application Administration - Administrators select Application Administration to open the Home page. A list of menus provide access to features used to administer the application.
Invoice Processing - Servicers and vendors who process invoices select Invoice Processing to open the Home page. A list of menus and queues provide access to features used to process invoices.
REO Management - Brokers who process invoices select REO Management to open the Home page. A list of menus and queues provide access to features used to process invoices.
REO/Vendor Invoice Submission - REO/vendor outsourcers who process invoices select REO/Vendor Invoice Submission to open the Home page. A list of menus and queues provide access to features used to process invoices.

Announcements

The Announcements section contains important notices regarding upcoming system upgrades, releases, maintenance windows, and important suggestions. The date and description of the announcement appear as a link to open the announcement.

Logoff

Use the Logoff option to sign out of InvoicingSM.
