Managing a Recoverability Change Reason

This feature is only available to users configured to either the Recoverability Change Reasons Enable/Manage or Recoverability Change Reasons - Manage permission group.

1. On the toolbar, point to Client Setup, Reason Code Maintenance, then click Recoverability Change Reasons.

   The Recoverability Change Reasons screen appears with a list of change reasons.

2. Do one of the following:
   • To view only activated reasons, select Activated.
   • To view only deactivated reasons, select Deactivated.
   • To view all reasons, select Both.
3. Do one of the following:
   • To activate a reason, select Activate.
   • To deactivate a reason, select Deactivate.
