Self Service Reporting

A complement to InvoicingSM is Self Service Reporting, an integrated ad-hoc reporting tool that provides the ability to create queries, format data and analyze information to help make actionable decisions on a loan.

Self Service Reporting centralizes InvoicingSM data, which is then used to create reports that can be shared across your organization. With easy-to-use, browser-based query, sorting and formatting functions, users can generate reports with just a few clicks, minimizing the dependence on IT resources. Access to both current and historical views of data offers the ability to forecast, analyze trends and create graphs or charts to visually communicate and validate loan statuses and issues. Reports can be scheduled and distributed across an organization with ease and controlled access.

Self Service Reporting is an optional feature that you can access from the Home page depending on your company's configuration. If your company uses this feature and you have the appropriate permissions, click the View Business Objects Reports link on the Home page to open a new window; InvoicingSM automatically signs in to a separate reporting site.
