Searching for a Reminder Message

  1. On the toolbar, point to Loan Level and click Reminder Messages.

    The Loan Level - Reminder Messages search filters appear.

  2. Complete the search filters as necessary:
    • To filter by department, select a department from the Department drop-down list.
    • To filter by vendor, select a vendor from the Vendor drop-down list.
    • To filter by servicer, select a servicer from the Servicer drop-down list.
    • To filter by a Reminder Display option, click either Selected Vendor Only, Selected Servicer Only, or Both Vendor and Servicer.
    • To filter by loan number, type a loan number in the Loan No. field.
    • To include deactivated reminders, select the Include Deactivated check box.
  3. Click Get Report.

    A list of reminders appears beneath the search filters.

  4. To edit a Reminder message, click the Edit button corresponding to the message you want to modify.
