REO Broker Search

Use this feature to search for REO brokers by broker billing information or geographic area.

You can also maintain their payee code, which controls a broker's ability to submit invoices.

To search for REO brokers:

1. On the toolbar, point to REO Broker and click REO Broker Search.

   The REO Broker Search screen appears.

2. Type one or more values by which to search.

   If your company uses multiple region codes, the Region Code field appears on the search screen. You must select a region code for the REO broker search. Only one region code may be selected at a time.

3. Click the appropriate search button.

   A listing of REO brokers appears.

4. To sort the listing within a column in ascending or descending order, click the appropriate column header.
5. To view a list of an REO broker's service area, click the ServiceAreas link corresponding to the broker name you want to view.

   A broker's service area may extend further than the county or zip code selected.
