eMessages Aging Report

Use this report to view all the eMessages sent to your company that were marked with a reply required flag and have not received a response. From this report, you can open, review, and reply to an eMessage. You can also acknowledge the eMessage so it no longer appears in the report.

  1. On the toolbar, point to eMessages and click eMessages Aging Report.

    The eMessages Aging Report appears.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • To open an eMessage to review, reply, or forward, click the Open link.
    • To remove the eMessage from the report, click the Acknowledge link.
