Deleting Receipt Payments

Use this feature to delete payments already entered against receipts due servicer.

To delete a receipt payment:

Locate the receipt using one of the following options:
- on the Invoice Detail screen, click the Receipts link.
- on the Receipts Due Servicer Report, click Detail for the invoice.
- on the Receipts Due Servicer Unconfirmed Report, click History for the invoice.
  The Receipts window appears.
For the payment transaction you want to delete, click Delete.
A confirmation window appears.
Click OK.
