Release Notes Version 21.2 Released 5/12/2024

Following are the enhancements and features that are part of this release.

Archive and Purge Configurations - Invoice PDF to IWS Configuration - Updates to Servicer Profile

Currently, InvoicingSM does not provide the ability to archive and purge records after a predetermined length of time.

As part of the InvoicingSM archive and purge processes, prior to a purge, InvoicingSM transmits a .pdf copy of each invoice to the document repository for storage. Clients can contact Client Support to opt out of this service.

This enhancement, part of ongoing enhancements to provide archive and purge functionality, adds information about .pdf exclusions from the purge process to the Servicer Profile page.
