Release Notes Version 21.1 Released 2/11/2024

Following are the enhancements and features that are part of this release.

Archive and Purge Configurations - Business Objects Reporting - To Be Purged Report

Currently, InvoicingSM does not provide the ability to archive and purge records after a predetermined length of time.

This enhancement, part of ongoing enhancements to provide archive and purge setup functionality, creates the IMS1269 Loans - Invoices Pending Purge Report, which lists loans and associated invoices that meet the purge threshold and next purge date configuration on the servicer's InvoicingSM Profile page. For best performance, schedule this report overnight for morning retrieval. The initial purge report might contain a high volume of data. If you receive the "Maximum Rows exceeded for report" message due to high volumes, contact Client Support to request an ad hoc report.

This report will be available on February 13, 2024 and can run using the initial purge date of April 1, 2024.

Create Configuration Notations for Servicer View on Servicer Profile

Currently, InvoicingSM does not provide the ability to purge records after a predetermined length of time.

This enhancement, part of ongoing enhancements to provide purge setup functionality, updates the Servicer Profile page with the Data Purge Information section, which provides the following information:

InvoicingSM Customer Identity and Access Management - Information Message on Sign In Page When Solution Is Off

Currently, InvoicingSM is in the process of implementing a Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solution that supports multi-factor authentication (MFA). This solution replaces the current authentication process in InvoicingSM.

With this enhancement, if the CIAM solution functionality is turned off after being enabled in the production environment, an informational message appears on the sign-in page to instruct users that they must use the company code, user name, and password to sign in to InvoicingSM.
