Invoice Approval Comments

InvoicingSM offers servicers the ability to configure pre-defined approval comments to accompany the approval of an invoice.

These comments are defined by your organization and set up by the administrator. If your organization has this feature enabled, you are required to select an approval comment when approving invoices. If the feature is not enabled, the option does not appear in the Invoice Approval window.
