Mass Approval and Unapproval

InvoicingSM offers servicers the option to approve or unapprove invoices in bulk via the Mass Approval or Mass Unapproval options.

To mass approve or unapprove invoices, you must have the Mass Approval or Mass Un-Approval permission.

The process to mass approve or unapprove invoices is very similar. When performing mass approval, you will need to:

Search for invoices to approve: the Processor filters only appear if configured by a ICE administrator. Some filter options for mass approval are not available for mass unapproval.
Use the color legend to interpret the search results: results are colored to indicate different invoice statuses or types. Some invoices are automatically selected. Invoices with a status of Pending Servicer Review or Pending REO Outsourcers review are not automatically selected. All other invoices are selected.
Select your invoices: the top check box that appears in the results can be used to select or clear all invoice selections.
Select a comment: if enabled for your organization, you must select and enter an approval comment.
