Proxy

When you need to sign in to InvoicingSM as another vendor's user, such as in the case of branch offices, you can use the Proxy feature. With this feature, you can temporarily impersonate a different vendor's user, perform a task, and then return to your original state without signing out and back in. While using the Proxy feature, you can perform any task the user you are proxying can perform except system administrative functions.

The Proxy feature is not automatically available. Contact Client Support for information about obtaining this feature.

On the toolbar, click Proxy .
The Proxy Selection page appears.
From the first list, select the vendor company to proxy as.
From the second list, select the user to proxy as.
Click Login.
You are now signed in as the user you selected.
To end the proxy, click End Proxy.
