Search for eMessages

You may need to search for specific eMessages, even when the eMessages no longer appear in your Inbox or were created by other users. The eMessages search page provides a way to find these messages.

1. On the toolbar, click eMessages.

   The eMessages - Search page appears.

2. Complete one of the following search filter options:
   • To Servicer and Originated by - click the Load List link to view the latest servicer listing and then select a servicer. Use the Originated By list to filter your search further by selecting a person or company who originated the eMessage.
   • Invoice number
   • Asset number
   • Search keyword
3. Click Get Messages.

   A list of eMessages that matches your search criteria appears.
