View Converted Loan Number Search Report

Use this report to locate a current or previous loan number (such as a loan number that was changed by a portfolio sale or a system conversion). Servicers supply a spreadsheet of current and previous loan numbers.

1. On the toolbar, click Reports and click Converted Loan Number Search.

   The Converted Loan Number Search filters appear.

2. Do one of the following:
   • Type the current loan number in the Enter Loan Number field.
   • Type the original loan number in the Enter Old Loan Number field.
3. From the Servicer list, select the appropriate servicer.
4. Click Search.
