Payment Disputes

As with all billing situations, there may be occasions when you have a dispute. Because these issues might make your account past due and impact your access to InvoicingSM, it is important that you resolve them as quickly as possible.

Before contacting ICE, please make sure you have done the following:

Check to ensure that you have the right statement.
Clearly identify the specific item or items in question.
Send an email message to billingdisputes@bkfs.com with a description of the issue.
Pay the undisputed portion of your monthly billing promptly to ensure that your account does not become past due.
When you receive a response from ICE, follow the provided instructions.

Issues between you and the servicer do not involve ICE, and you need to contact the servicer directly to resolve them.
