User Access Revoked Log

Use this feature to view a list of users who have exceeded the limit of unsuccessful sign in attempts and as a result became locked out of the application.

4786_note This option is not available in InvoicingSM if you are signed in as a Single Sign-On (SSO) administrator.

  1. On the toolbar, point to Security and click User Access Revoked Log.

    The Revoked User Log Information filters appear.

  2. Type or select a date range for the revoke date.
  3. Click Search.

    A list of revoked users appears.
