Touring Invoicing Administration

As an administrator user of InvoicingSM, you can manage users' access, review user activity reports, and configure business rules. The Home page is the first screen you see after signing in to the application. It is designed with a toolbar that contains menu options specific to administrative functions. Pointing to an option on the toolbar populates a drop-down menu that contains additional sub-menu options.

On the left of the Home page, an Announcements section appears. This section contains important notices related to upcoming system upgrades or maintenance/software releases. The release date, caption and description of the announcement appears as a link, which you can click to view a full description of the announcement.

In addition, InvoicingSM toggle buttons are available on the upper-right of the page which enables you to toggle between the administrator and the non-administrator side of the application, when needed.
