Searching For CAW Codes

  1. On the toolbar, point to Client Maintenance, Payment Processing and click Edit Caw Codes.

    The Servicer CAW Code Setup page appears.

  2. From the Department list, select a specific department by which to filter the CAW codes.
  3. In the subsequent field, type a keyword or phrase you want to search.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Starts With
    • Exact Match
    • Contains Occurrence
  5. Click Filter.
